Federal Judge Clears Lawsuit Against CIA Torture Program To Proceed

The lawsuit, on behalf of three men accuses two psychologists based in Spokane, Wash., of devising and overseeing an "experimental torture program" as a "joint criminal enterprise" with the CIA.
